At Latrobe Airport with a 4:30 Greyhound boarding pass. Waited and waited but the bus never showed up. Customer service told me the driver, Tom, left 10 minutes early. They were not sure why. Now here I sit wondering what to do, not going attend my function in Pittsburgh this evening. Thanks Tom!

Not happy

A lady named Tammy was rude and very unhelpful some one needs a training course in customer service. I called from out of town for some guidance and she had a lot if nerve let me tell you,RUUuuuuDE!!! Wow Greyhound please check into

Usually, pretty clean, but getting info online is a joke!! Tried every other way to get my daughter here to Pittsburgh from Cincinnati, but no other somewhat direct service. Can never talk to a real person...not even in person at the terminal!! Can't believe they have been around this long..Megabus needs to expand and Amtrak needs more direct routes!!!

GREYHOUND IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WAS TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT MILITARY DISCOUNTS. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER 3 TIMES BEFORE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE. THE WOMAN I SPOKE TO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND HAD NO IDEA OF HALF OF THE MEANINGS OF THE WORDS I WAS SAYING.. HER REPLY TO EVERYTHING WAS UMMMM JUST ONE MINUTE PLEASE THEN WOULD PLACE ME ON HOLD. I THEN ASKED FOR THEN ASKED FOR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE CLOSET STATION NEAR ME AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER TWICE. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF A MILITARY DISCOUNT AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS.. PATHETIC!!!!!

BAD TRAVEL

I HAVE TAKEN YOUR BUS FROM PITTSBURGH TO COLUMBUS MANY TIMES. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. BUSSES ARE ALWAYS LATE, NO READING LIGHTS THAT WORKK. TOO HIHG FIRST STEP WHERE DRIVER WILL NOT LOWER THE BUS, PEOPLE TALKING SO LOUD ON THEIR PHONES THAT YOU CAN'T HAVE A COVERSATION. I ONCE TOOK A TRIP TO COLUMBUS AND THE DRIVER WAS TALKING ON HIS PHONE! I REPORTED IT AND SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS NOT DISCIPLINED. THAT'S NOT RIGHT. I HAVE TO ENDURE ANOTHER TRIP TO COLUMBUS THIS SUNDAY, WHICH I DREAD, IF THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPANY, I'D USE IT. I GUESS IF YOU HAVE NO COMPETITION, YOU FIGURE YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE IMPORVEMENTS.THAT'S NOT THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Total Confustion

I Stood in line for 45 minites, every one in front of me was found to have a problem. Some could not purchase a ticket with a credit card because the scanner was defective and were sent to the ATM where I am sure there was an additional charge. When I finally got to the counter, a prearranged ticket, comfirmed by my company of employment for one year was expired after three days. Being a holiday weekend no one was in the office to strighten this out, trapping me in Pittsburgh. And no where to check a comfirmation number on the web site.
