I bought a groupon for a massage here a couple years ago & was not very impressed but when groupon had a 20% discount i decided to give it another try. unfortunately, before i was able to use the groupon, i found out i was pregnant & can't get a massage during my 1st trimester & thereafter must get a pregnancy massage. it took me at least 5 times to get in touch with someone, it seems they never answer the phone, & when i did there was no mention of an upcharge. when i called back to schedule an appointment, the pregnancy massage would be full price & they were unwilling to extend my expiration date. i didnt think the 1st massage was that great & would never pay full price for their services. also i think they should be more concerned with customer service as i will never purchase a massage there & am making sure to review my experience.
