I sent flowers to a sick relative in Pittsburgh and called Herman J. Heyl Florists and spoke with Jane. Not only was she courteous and professional but she reccommended flowers that were perfect! Not only did my sister love them, she said that they were very fresh and that lasted more than 10 days! I highly reccommend Herman J. Heyl Florists for any and all your flower and gift basket needs. Thank you Herman J. Heyl Florists and especially Jane.

Herman Heyl did the flowers for my wedding. I found them extremely overpriced and the quality was not worth it. Furthermore, The requests I made and the types of flowers I ordered, were not used on my wedding day!



At our first meeting, Mr. Heyl did not write anything down and then assured everything would be perfect. Of course, he forgot things and made changes I did not want.



The most unprofessional part, was that after I paid thousands of dollars for my flowers, I received a call the week of my wedding saying he forgot to add $50 for something. Really?! After I spent thousands on flowers, your going to charge me an addtional $50 , for a product I was not that pleased with?!!!!



I will never give Herman Heyl business again and the people in my family who work in the wedding industry never recommend him either.
