There is ABSOLUTELY no way to call the store. The only number listed anywhere is an 888 number that NEVER answers. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

Worst customer service ever ! Sarcastic and quick with No we cant. you ask to speak with the manager, they would send you to people who are not even managers, til you find out while talking to them.

Phone service

By far the worst customer support system available by phone. I am a business professional and customer care should be top priority. I needed assistance with a product I purchased for a client. The item was missing several crucial parts for assembly. Attempted to contact some one in regards to this issue called over 10 times could not reach a single person to assist me. Had to make a 4th trip now for missing parts.
