- Integrative Massage/ on the table (choose this option for Pregnancy Massage) A blend of relaxing and therapeutic modalities customized to your needs and preferences. We will communicate before your treatment so I understand your specific goals. I will listen to your words and body to provide you the most enjoyment and benefit from your session. Can be purely for relaxation, more targeted deep tissue work, prenatal massage, or purely energywork. Aromatherapy oils, heated massage tools, body brushing with raw silk gloves, and sugar foot scrubs can be included in any session upon request at no extra cost. Thai Yoga Massage/ on the mat Thai massage is often called "lazy man's yoga" because for much of the treatment the client is being moved into assisted yoga poses and stretches. Broad and specific compression is used to stimulate acupressure points along the sen lines and relieve tightness in the muscles. Traditionally, no oil or lotion is used during this treatment and it is preformed on a padded floor mat with the client clothed. Please wear an outfit you would feel comfortable wearing to yoga class.

- Look for signs for Applebee's and Mad Mex, across the street from Benihana. Turn left as you drive into the shopping plaza. Enter the building in the lobby between Osaka Sushi and Phoenix Physical Therapy. Go up the stairs and turn right. Elevator is also available behind the stairs on the right side. I share a reception space with Confluence Healing Community Acupuncture.
