I recently had a "reservation" even though reservations are not accepted on Friday nights. I called ahead several weeks to advise that I would have a party of about 30 people coming about 7:15. While I did arrive at 7:00, we were told that it would be a little while but they were clearing an area out for us. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were told it would be about another 25 minutes. The area they were clearing out for us was continuously having people seated. After being screamed at by the "manager, who was too busy to come out to speak to me because she was "cooking or something", we were welcomed with open arms by the restaurant down the street by the name of Silvioni's. I would recommend going there before I or anyone of my party will ever visit this establishment again. The manager was extremely rude, the staff was not accomodating in the least. My money can spend anywhere but it will now spend where it is appreciated and it won't be at Kretzler's

This is a family restaurant where the wait staff know your name. You don't have to tell people just how good the food is -- all they have to do is see people lined up out the door into the parking lot and they know something good has to be inside.There is a separate bar area, which is nice. You can order food in the bar, but it keeps the noise from reaching into the dining area.They also have a new private banquet room for parties. It is spacious and tastefully decorated.Try the prime rib some weekend or their jumbo fish sandwich. You won't be sorry you did.

A GREAT FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT.THEY HAVE THE GREATEST HOME-MADE SOUPS. THERE IS A STUFFED PRETZEL THAT IS TO DIE FOR. THEIR FISH IS AWESOME. BIG PORTIONS..SMALL PRICES.
