Very rude! Gets mad when you ask for specific things, rolled their eyes at me multiple times!! My friend and my nails were wrecked the next day! Chipped/scratched & the top coat was completely gone. We will never go back here!

Tried to make an appointment and the person who answered was so rude that I will NEVER consider going here. Can't imagine how poor their in person service would be.

They are not only UNPROFESSION...

Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL and Inexcusably RUDE!

On Monday, January 14, 2013, I called LA Nails in Brentwood Towne Centre to make my first ~ and what would ultimately be my last ~ appointment with them. I mentioned to Amy (who I was told is the owner/manager) that I was preparing for surgery and needed a manicure and a pedicure. Amy scheduled me at 7:00 PM that night with one of their technicians. When I arrived at 7:00 PM, the woman at the front station (who I later learned was Amy), told me to pick out my color, go in the back room, and someone would be back shortly to start the foot bath. After 15 minutes, I went out to the front station to ask if I had misunderstood. Later, when the technician finally did come back, he told me he could only do either the manicure or the pedicure (not both) because they closed at 8:00 PM! Unfortunately, there was no time to go elsewhere, so I opted for the pedicure. When finished, the technician asked to be paid, put me under the dryer and left the shop. Amy also left right before him. I spent a few minutes under the dryer, and then said goodnight to the man vacuuming the floor.

The day after surgery, I was able to make contact with Amy, and I attempted to let her know what a disappointing experience I had, and also give her an opportunity to explain the extraordinarily poor manner in which they conducted business. I mistakenly thought she'd care! Before I could even fully relay my experience, she became extremely defensive, raised her voice, said I wasn’t charged for the manicure, and then hung up on me as I was still speaking! Needless to say, I won’t be spending my money in that shop!!!

Hmmm! Maybe I supposed to pay for the manicure, too!
