Everytime I go into this store at Ross Park mall I always have a bad experience. They are either always out of stock on something that I had bought before or the customer service was lacking. Today I went into the store and Jenna greeted me. She was so rude. She asked me "do you need anything" and I said no. She then wanted to know if I was going to buy anything or just eat pretzels today. WOW i just left the store after that. So I definatly say to everyone in the pittsburgh area, DO NOT GO TO LE GOURMET CHEF any more. Most of their products you can buy at Giant Eagle and they are cheaper too!
