As an over a decade regular weekly shopper at Lotus grocery in Pittsburgh's Strip District, I was enormously disappointed with my experience in placing an online order and picking it up from this location, as instructed by the COVID-19 Sign on the door. Products available at the time of order on the web site where not available at time of pick-up. I was given another person's order and my order was given to a customer in Bethal Park. I had to wait for my order to be returned, close to an hour in the middle of my work day. At no time did the new management offer to either replace missing items at same cost OR just put together a new order when it was clear that my order had been sent to the South Hills. My time, my money, and my long-term customer relationship was not respected or honored. At every opportunity to turn a bad experience around on a $120 order, the new management did not do so.
