I have been taking my "cars " to Lou's Auto since 1986, including everything from a Toyota 4 Runner, Chevy Malibu to my Beloved 1976 MGB. George has always been extremely fair and VERY conscientious. Also, I have recommended Lou's to several neighbors who now use them exclusively!!!

I've read a couple of other poor reviews about this place before I went and I should have listened to them. DO NOT GO HERE! The guy in charge of this place is untrustworthy and will do everything in their power to rip you off. I brought my car here because there was trouble with the front end rumbling and tires being misaligned. The day after I got it back, I realized my splash guard was unhooked and was dragging against the ground. I figured the mechanic probably opened it and forgot to nail it back... since I've had the car for 8 years and never had this problem... I called him and explained the situation and he said he'd put it back. When I got back, he said it would need a new splash guard, said he would HAVE to charge me, and wouldn't just nail it back for me ( even though it was still possible and I got it done for free by my dad's friend within 15 min). On top of that, because of the "splash guard dragging around, (my) heat sealants were damaged and now needed to be fixed," said LOU's AUTO. My car now makes a rustling sound which I have yet to look into. I wasn't about to pay them again especially since they overcharged in the first time to begin with !
