I have had great service. I'm very picky about how my nails look and I finally for someone that makes them look so very pretty!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this nail salon. The technician was rude and spiteful. I had long, beautiful, natural nails. I simply wanted a manicure before my vacation. She tried to talk me into shellac two times. I declined. I was scolded twice for splashing water out of the pedicure tub. (The water was too hot and I was moving my feet around to mix the hot and cold). After declining the callous remover when I found out it was an extra ten dollars, I think the technician was on a vengeful mission. During the manicure she asked me if I wanted to keep my nails long. I said yes I like them long and I just wanted them clipped A LITTLE BIT. Within two seconds she took her clippers and cut every one of my nails below my finger tips!!!! I was in complete shock! I could not believe what happened to me. I couldn't even bring myself to say anything because I was horrified and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I even wrote the owner a letter and didn't even receive any type of apology or compensation. It was the biggest waste of 50 bucks I have ever spent. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend this evil nail salon to anyone.

I'd give them no stars if possible. They rushed through my shellac manicure, they did not wax my eye brows like I asked them to, and had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I will not be going back to this salon.
