Worst service ever. 25 minutes for a Big Mac meal and I got my own drink, lol. I spoke to the mgr. he attributed the problem to "confusion" in the kitchen. Staff was young, untrained ( my order taker couldn't even make change) the impression is very poor. Somebody (perhaps all need fired) start over!
