CRAIG WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US AND SHOWED ME THE CAR I BOUGHT. HE EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANT FEATURES OF THE CAR. IT WAS AN ALTOGETHER PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

Craig was awesome! He was very detail oriented and listened. He helped me find what worked for me very quickly!

Craig did not pressure me. He was very respectful and understanding of what kind of payment I could afford. I really liked him.

I was nervous about buying my first car, but we came back to this dealership because we had a good experience a few months back when my mom bought her vehicle from here. Luckily we got Craig again who guided me through the process and found me the best match. He did not pressure me to make a decision and listened to what I wanted. I definitely recommend him to others looking for a vehicle.

I knew that I was going to buy a Prius from this dealership or Baierl. When I walked in, there were several men standing around a desk talking. No one approached me. Les stood up from his desk and came to greet me. He did not ask me if my husband was coming. He treated me respectfully and as a decision maker.

Nice service center but sooooo slow. Not sure why an oil change can take upwards of an hour and a half. Especially when I make and appointment for it. What's the point of scheduling appointments if you're going to make customers wait forever.

I recently went to toyota looking for a new car and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They answered every question i had. They helped me find a car i love that was reasonable in my price range. The customer service there was fantastic, i got help immediately, no one was pushy making me feel like i needed to buy a car or just showing me any car they thought they could sell me. They made sure the car i was going to get will not have any problems or that i wont have to be putting any more money into the car. They provided me with the best advice when i wasn't quite sure about something. They made me feel very comfortable, and i was very happy with my purchase.

Clean Service Center, handy if working while waiting. Zero help with Tires for Life if you purchased a car from them. Tires for Life not worth the hassle.

North Hills Toyota was fantastic!!! I just got back from serving overseas and needed a Truck. After calling around surfing the net I went to a couple of local dealer that were not very friendly and played games at one dealer Baierl I was not givin the time of day. North Hills Toyota welcomed me, made me feel important. They are military friendly and treated me with respect though I am a young man. North Hills did not have the Tundra but they located one and got it the next day for me. They even told me about the $1000 military rebate up front looking for ways to save me money. I will alway do business with this dealer because of there GREAT customer service and no nonsense dealings. Cudos to all that work there keep up the good work.
