Provided by YP.comWe lost our beloved Maxwell on December 30, 2014,only 2 months after the loss of our beloved BlackJack. I called Phil the day before,I knew we were putting Maxwell to rest. Phil remember us from 2 months earlier. Maxwell was home with us that afternoon and is between his 2 brothers. Read my review below and double the comments and appreciation. I only wish, I knew Phil back in 2003, when for the first time ever we put our beloved Tash to rest.

Provided by YP.comUnfortunately, I lost my best friend Sasha last month. Philip Donatelli made one of the worst days of my life go as smoothly as it possibly could have. As some others have said, my Sasha also passed very late in the day and Philip stayed late for me in order to provide cremation services. Having never had to experience pet cremation before, I had no idea what to expect. Philip showed great compassion - towards Sasha and to us, before and after the cremation. He treated my Sasha like you would expect a human member of the family to be treated. For devoted pet parents like us, we couldn't have asked for more. I hope it's a very long time before I have to call on them again, but when the need arises, there is no doubt who I will be calling. If you are looking for a professional and compassionate experience during a sad and traumatic time, you will not be disappointed by the Donatelli's Oak Crest Pet Crematory.

Provided by YP.comPhil Donatelli, was compassionate, sympathetic and said they were here to help us in this process with the loss of our beloved BlackJack. They lived up to every word. Phil handled him so gently and told us to take our time with our last good-byes. From the first phone call to handing BlackJack back to us, they made the process a worry free one. They are top notch.

Provided by YP.comOur little girl of 16 yrs passed away at 5:30pm and did not know what we were going to do. I called Oak Crest and talked to Philip Donatelli and asked what arrangements we could make and found out that he was closing in 10 minutes. I told my wife I could take her tomorrow at 7:30 am but she was too upset to wait. I called Philip back and he was so understanding he said he would wait for us. He showed so much compassion and respect, that i will never forget

Provided by YP.comWhen I found out that my cat, Max, was critically ill, I knew I wanted to have him cremated so I began to call around for pricing. When I spoke to Phillip at Oak Crest on the phone, it was his voice of sympathy and compassion that made me feel that I had found the right place. Knowing that Max would have a private cremation and knowing that he would be handled with love and care brought about a peace that I can not explain. And their pricing was the best I found too! Both for the cremation and for the urn.
When Max passed away, the compassion Phillip expressed was more than I expected. Most people do not understand what our pets mean to us. We lost a family member that day…he wasn’t just our cat.
If you are looking for a place that will treat your pet with respect, love and care, I highly recommend Oak Crest Pet Crematory. Not only was Phillip kind, sympathetic and compassionate, he had Max back to us that same day.
5 stars, 2 thumbs up. Thanks Phillip!
