I hosted my daughters 7th birthday party at Paradise Island. The bowling Island in my opinion was not very clean. Many of the employees were helpful and professional while others clearly ignored us.The bowling alley includes pizza. birthday cake and beverages in their birthday party package. The food order took too long to come out the children were hungry and the birthday cake was in one word "GROSS". The cake had very long pieces of black hair in almost every slice. When cutting the cake we noticed we were also cutting into hair.I complained to the manager who seemed to put the responsibility on the bakery they contract with.My family will not be visiting this bowling alley again in the future.
