Eicheldinger, President, has over 20 years of experience in the pizza industry. Before founding Pasquale's pizzeria, Mr. Eicheldinger spent four years ( 1982-1986 ) serving his country in the U.S.A.F. After leaving the military, Mr. Eicheldinger wanted to learn all he could about the pizza industry. In early 1987, he started delivering pizzas for Domino's Pizza. After a year he attended the Domino's Pizza M.I.T. program and progressed to General Manager in less than one year. Promoted to his first General Manager position in in Etna PA, he really excelled, increasing the sales by 87% over the previous quarter. He was awarded the Silver Challenge from Domino's Pizza. Having constant positive comparative sales, Mr. Eicheldinger was quickly promoted to District Supervisor. In 1993, Pizza Outlet, a young company with 11 locations, offered Mr. Eicheldinger a District Manger position. District sales excelled once again, which led to another promotion as Store Opening Coordinator/Franchise Supervisor. Mr. Eicheldinger spent the next several years opening new locations and training all new franchisees. After a very rapid growth in franchisees, Mr. Eicheldinger was again promoted to Director of Operations/Franchise Stores. The 60+ franchise locations were doing well and the franchisee-corporate relationship was strong. The President/CEO saw some differences between franchisee and corporate locations and decided consistency was very important. He approached Mr. Eicheldinger and offered him another promotion, this time as Director of Operations for both franchise and corporate locations. After a year in this position things were good ; however, Mr. Eicheldinger's mother took ill and he left his position to operate the family's two Pizza Outlet locations in Ohio. It was during this time that he realized his true dream to start his own company.Make your dream become a reality.
