PC Doctor was quick to respond to my request for service. They were able to find the solution for my problem where others had failed. They were polite and quite affordable. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Exceptional service and very customer oriented.

They always respond promptly as they realize the business day does not always end at 5:00 PM for everyone. They have also resolved some issues with the programming of a web site which other " IT Specialists " gave up on.

Our personal labtop went on the fritz and it was only about a year old. We had just moved into the area and could not find the CD that would enable us to do some trouble shooting at home. Needless to say, we called PC doctor and were greeted w/ a very capable, responsive man who kept in touch with us regarding the repair of our computer. He totally took care of all of the major and minor details of the repair and was very courteous and professional in his approach.

Our computer was repaired within days and we were astounded by how affordable the repair cost came to.
