First time I have called Penn Hills Appliance Parts. Placed my call around 9:30 on a Monday morning about my dryer. They said they could come out the same day or schedule something during the week that better fit my schedule. The repairman was at my house by 11:00 am and had the dryer up and working again by 12:00. Quoted me the cost of each part (which he had in the van), labor, and service call fee before performing any additional work. It says above that they accept all major credit cards, which they might in the store, but they do not for service calls. They do accept cash or check. Repairman was quick, efficient, friendly, and answered all of my questions.

I have called them numerous times and they have always come and repaired promptly and efficiently. They talk with you to find the best options and act accordingly.
