I have gone three times, and a man named Rob helped me. Him and the other employees were amazing they printed out a picture of the piece in my car that was cracked as well as the recall certificate and were so friendly! Go here, make them your home car shop!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! OR ANY PEP BOYS! They ripped me off so bad! ...Almost 2000 bucks for a car inspection on a car that has less than 70000 miles on it. They also said they would put the parts they replaced in the back of my car when it was done for ease of the mind and forgot... The only reason I have 1 star is because once they knew I was extremely upset they started being relatively nice. Just save your wallet and youreself some stress by not going here. Go to Baum Boulevard Automotive right across the street from them. Baum Blvd. Auto has nice people and they wont rip you off. The did what pep boys did on my car for 1/4 of the price.

The service there is so unprofessional and when it comes to women and minorities they are taking for a ride on parts and services that they never needed. When it comes to complaints from women and minorities they will not pay you any attention ---- Unless you know about the rating system they go by. The head quarters office out in Philadelphia are very big on good customer service. They always strive for a rating of 9 or better for their Pep Boy Branches. If you mention this with your problem they will magically start being nice and correct your problem immediately even if it means doing it for no charge or refunding your money if they can't correct the problem. The manager there is a fair guy but his klans men I mean service men that work on your car can not be trusted and must be watched at all times.
