I have a few problems but first off I want to say the good things about this store! First off the kitties in the back are awesome and I have adopted one from here. Second the only staff member is actually nice is the reptile man! Ok and here is when the problems occur! A few months ago I bought two female gerbils, I still have them and they are wonderful! They turned out to be males and they had an upper respiratory problems! So I was not a happy camper at first!!!!!:/ then on April 13 I came to buy some gold fish! The lady acted like I was a complete idiot and tried to stop me from getting a gold fish! She was also the lady who sold me the *fe(male)* gerbils! I'm sorry but I have never been treated with so poorly by an employee in my life!!!! Also the prices are ridiculous! I recommend not going to this one!

Just because you have an employee with a biologically degree, that doesn't mean your customers are idiots!!

This Petco has no respect for the customer,

I took my dog there and they did not think I could smell they did not wash my dog. I called the manager and she said I must be mistaken after I left, she called me at home. A full groom for is $63.00 and my dog has been groom since she was a baby. Which now she ten years old pure white dog and not a large dog.

I see they say you can bring them after 5:00 p.m. I do not advise, manager always not available for complaints and no customers is more truthful than her employees.

I am stating the on in Midnight Road, Pennsylvania.
