Took my vehicle in for a check engine light a few days ago. The previous shop I took the car too (2001 Cavalier) told me that I needed a $200 diagnostic procedure and then whatever the additional repair would be, needless to say I said no! My neighbor referred me to Pinnacle as he has been a longtime customer of theirs. Zach at Pinnacle took me in on short notice, had a mechanic hook a computer up to my car free of charge, gave me an estimate, and replaced the faulty oxygen sensor that was setting my check engine light. All of this for less than the other guy told me just to look at it! Nice, honest guys. And you can't go wrong dealing with a business thats been family run for 50 years. Definitly recommend!!

To whom it may concern, I am disappointed with your service because your machanics repaired my car last week and every since then my car keeps stalling on me and at times won' t start. I have brought my car back to your shop twice to be looked at for the problem but your machanic keeps telling me that there is nothing wrong because my car doesn't stall on them. well if they would drive it out of the shop then they would understand the problem. I did not have this problem before they put the new rack and pinion ever, and I have had this car for more than a year. I am sorry but I am going to talk with my attorney to see what can be done about this problem if something is not done.
