Provided by YPmobileMy daughter had her wisdom teeth out Monday the next day she was in a great deal of pain I called the office three different times during the day telling them that she needed a stronger pain medication. They told me that was the strongest and she could also take ibuprofen with the prescribed medicine. The pain was so great she started vomiting so she stopped taking prescribed pain reliever because she felt it was not helping the pain and was upsetting her stomach. She improved somewhat the next day during the day but began to vomit again that evening which resulted in a trip to the ER where they put an IV in to rehydrate her and relieve the nauseousness and prescribed medicine for her nauseous stomach. The following morning the dentist called to ask how she was (day 3 after surgery) and the first call from them asking how she was! I told him that after a trip to ER she was somewhat better but still in a lot of pain. They kept telling me the pain was normal! I told them I didn't feel it was. That night she awoke at 2 a.m. Crying and screaming in pain! Not knowing what to do I called the emergency number they provided and told them how bad the pain was. It was a shooting pain! They said the dentist would call. No call ! I gave her 2 ibprofin and a pill for her nauseous stomach and ice chips figuring it would numb the pain. Thank goodness that worked because they certinatly had no concern the their patient in terrible pain! He finally calls at 7 a.m. telling me to call at 8 and make an appointment to be seen. Took her in and the packed it with medicine which finally relieved her pain. Why did it take four days for them to finally do something to help the pain? I called every day sometimes several times a day a I felt they had no regard for the pain she was in! Furthermore we told the examiner her lips still felt kind of numb. He took a tweezer like instrument and punched her lip with it! She yelled ouch! He said see the feeling is there. Seriously did he really have to do that? She had already suffered enough! I would NEVER recommend them! If I could give them 0 stars I would!
