Provided by YP.comIm more concerned with my experience here, PRIMO tailoring is just THAT..PRIMO..Ray is an expert tailor and they're not exactly in great supply.Whats with all the bad reviews here? I feel like I've stepped thru the full length looking class at PRIMO's lol Seriously if youlive in the Fox Chapel area you know this shop and this Man..Its where I go for tailoring.

Provided by YP.comFirst of all, I'd like to state that I completely disagree with all of the negative comments regarding this place. Ray is a wonderful, kind and expert tailor who is extremely friendly and accommodating. His work is superb! You may pay a bit more than other shops, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Primo's for all of your tailoring needs.

Provided by YP.comWas just cussed and chased out of the store without warning. I don’t know what prompted the owner to be so beligerent and rude. Will never come back.

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the absolute worst tailor and business I have ever experienced. I took a pair of $160 pair of jeans to get shortened and when I picked them up, they were UNEVEN. The miserable store owner tried to tell me that my hips were uneven and it was my fault and that he would not try to fix the pants for free. I have had countless pants hemmed and never had an issue anywhere else. The man that owns this shop is MEAN and speaks to his customers in the absolute rudest manner. HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE!

Provided by YP.comI stopped in to Primo to pick up a pair of pants for my girlfriend. A man, apparently the owner, appeared from the back to the front desk after a few minutes. He asked for my "yellow slip". I advised that I didn't have a yellow slip, as I was picking up an item for a friend and provided the name. In a demeaning manner, he told me I should have brought the yellow slip. I advised, had I known, I would have done so. I provided the name instead. He went to the back room and searched for the item, but after 5 minutes, couldn't find it. He came back to me and said, "You should have brought yellow slip. When was items to be ready (in accent)?" I responded "Between 4-6PM, today." He then went back and after another few minutes found my item. He then rang me up, and it was $18 for one pair of pants. I paid cash and asked for a receipt. Guess what? He told me with a negative tone that "yellow slip is my receipt". I told him that his business sucks, and left. Horrible experience. Should picking up a pair of pants be so difficult? My girlfriend was never advised she needed the almighty YELLOW SLIP!
