The customer service at this store is HORRIBLE! On the store's website it says:
1. The customer is always right. 2. If the customer is wrong, reread #1. I guess that only applies to a select group of customers. Today while I was in the store, I ordered a fish sandwich. The fish that was sitting out looked old. So, I asked the man could I have fish from the fresh batch that he just cooked. He told me the fish sitting out was fresh and I couldn't have the fresh fish that I asked for. If I'm paying for it, shouldn't I be able to get what I want? The man started arguing with me and my grandmother, who happens to be 80 yrs. old. I asked for the manager. He was just as rude and ignorant as the man behind the counter. The manager didn't even ask me what happened. Then, the man kicked me and my grandmother out of the store like we were criminals. I used to love this store. Now, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! The food is not as fresh as it used to be and the service is terrible!!!!

I have been shopping at Robert Wholeys for many years and it a friendly place to shop and run into old and new friends. I travel from Baldwin to buy fish and other things. I like this market. You alway's find new foods to try.
