Mr. John Dioguardi and the staff of Rome Monument are consummate professionals! Our project to build a mausoleum would not have been successful had it not been for Johns knowledge, dedication and patience during the build. He was always available to answer our questions and respond to our concerns. We would never have realized our dream of a beautiful and secure mausoleum had it not been for John Dioguardi and the impeccable staff of Rome Monument! Thank you All. Very low class business. A local beaver county high school purchased a monument off of these "people" to dedicate to my Father after he passed. It was quite expensive and took a few months to raise funds but was paid in full within weeks. One of the owners, a woman, called my Mother just a few months after she buried her husband of many years asking to "pay up". My mother knew nothing about the funding and turned to me. When I called the lady at Rome, obviously irate, she said "I didn't know what else to do". Unprofessional and low class. Go elsewhere with your business, don't contact Rome especially in Rochester, PA.
