I had a down comforter dry cleaned here which had been put on a hanger and covered with plastic while the blanket was still WET!!! (The blanket was only 3 months old, it was being cleaned only because my dog got pawprints on it.) The mildew smell in the down was awful!! They cleaned the blanket again but I could still detect a mildew odor. The problem was turned over to the manager, Travis, who then left me a voicemail in which he said he could not smell anything and that the blanket was not ruined because it was still fluffy. I returned his call, and what a gem he turned out to be. He was so rude and argumentative and had no interest in talking about it. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he was the owner. Yikes!!!
