Initially I was impressed with this service. I used them because others in my apartment building did. I only used the service when I went out of town and, while they asked for 50% before departing, I generally left a check for the entire amount due, thinking that I would maintain a zero balance.



Imagine my surprise when they hit me up after several months for "parking charges" which had never been discussed in advance. Some of those charges were $7.50 for what was less than an hour long visit to feed and walk my dog, despite the fact that they were already tending to other animals in the building at the same time and despite the fact that, had anyone mentioned it, I could have left my garage door opener and they could have parked in my own space for free.



Pretty good dog walkers, but (in my opinion) sleazy billing practices.
