Streams Elementary School is a learning center that is a part of the Upper St. Clair School District. The school serves students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes subjects, such as reading, language arts, writing, math, science and social studies. Streams Elementary School also conducts classes in art, music, foreign languages, and physical and health education. The school features a nutrition center that offers meals to students. It operates a parent-teacher association that encourages parental involvement in children s education and sponsors various fundraising activities. The school provides the English as a Second Language program. Streams Elementary School employs a staff of custodians, teaching aides, guidance counselors and speech therapists.
