Precision in selection and marriage of exquisite ingredients makes for perfection at The Vandal. My red potato hash (confit onion, hot & sweet peppers, corn and sour cream) topped with an egg was WOW. So was a neighbor’s griddled sourdough with frangipani cream and fruit compote.
