Advertises houses that are already sold and under contract. Bait and switch??

Funny, my review is so similar to all the others below. We had scheduled an appointment with Jason to look at a Homepath property, only to get a call within an hour of the appointment telling us that he didn't believe we were owner occupant buyers and that he didn't want to waste his time driving out to show us the house. Well we are owner occupant buyers, some people trust their kids enough to look at a house without them being present. Not to mention that if we were investors he should show us the house anyway, because that's his job as an agent. Especially when you are (or would be) acting as a dual agent and making the full buyer and seller commissions. Very unprofessional, rude, and really slows down our house buying process by setting us back a day. It seems like they are purposely making this hard for us to get inside of. Maybe they want the initial look period to end so one of their investor friends can buy it? I would definitely recommend avoiding this company. Read the reviews...

It took over a week for the realtor/owner to get back to me! He was rude and unprofessional during all of our phone conversations. Led me to believe I was renting a property until the last minute when he td me it had already been rented!! I don't know how Mr. Liner is still in business.

The agent specifically and the office as a whole were mostly unresponsive to us during our quest to purchase a foreclosure. Their phone etiquette when they do answer is horrendous and unprofessional. The agent knew nothing about the property he was selling me and I am actually grateful the sale fell through. That said, we had to personally send paperwork to the title agent because our agent failed to do so. Unprofessional, unresponsive and definitely will avoid using them in the future! Spare yourself and hire your own agent if trying to purchase their property!

I am a realtor in Pittsburgh who has a client trying to see one of their home path properties. No responses after calls and emails and it has been a week. How is home path going to sell this property or anyone buy this property if no one n get into it? This is totally unprofessional.

worst ever. called them over a week and 1/2 ago about a hud homepath property their office had listed for sale (only 15 days from the date of list to put in an offer) - spoke directly to the owner (john) - promised that the listing agent would call me - never received the courtesy of a reply. sorry excuse for a real estate office.

Called several times about a property and never received any return calls. My fiance called and got through once, but was yelled at for accidentally calling a cell phone instead of the office (the number we used was listed on the Three Sons facebook page AND the listing itself). Finally we had my realtor call and the agent that returned her call was incredibly rude to her as well.



Would NOT recommend, unless you enjoy your calls never being returned or having someone treat you with no respect

If someone doesn't want to do business isn't it professional to be forthcoming? Evidently not. I was told I would hear back, "At the end of the week." Had to call again, then got the "after the holidays" line to which I said, "If you don't want to work with us could you just be honest?"



Must not need business if isn't over $300K/ good to be them. I want to work with people who want business.
