I went to the MT.oliver post office today and was waiting in long line. A customer came in and tried to cut to first in line, then he got in line behind me and started ranting with profanities that "All" white people are ignorant racist and are computer illiterate, then he started about how his died parents scrubbed floors for white people before they died. He then started to verbally attacking people in line. Then directly called me a racist and asked how old I was. I never said a word to him up to this point. I told him , you dont know me and my age was none of his business. At this point I was called to the counter to be waited on . The clerk could see there was a problem starting. The clerk was courteous and professional and took care of my package as quickly as he could.
This is not an isolated insistent with the mt.oliver post office. Every time I'm there there are long lines and usually only one clerk and there is always some kind of problem. I don't blame the postal workers who have to work there. They are obviously understaffed. I will never go to this postal branch again. I suggest you mite want to find another post office to use as well. Unless you want to be verbally abused.
