Absolutely unprofessional, demeaning, an absolute bad decision.
I bought a Groupon that does not expire until 7/24. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told that the owner no longer wanted to accept the Groupon. A lot of whispering on the phone about not wanting to take me. I was shocked. The manager abruptly got on the phone without sympathy or professionalism and told me she wasn't taking Groupons anymore because "customers didn't want to wait for services." What ever that is suppose to mean. I am now out well over 25$ and I would never give Universal Studio Hair Salon my business or time. If I could rate less than one star I would. Stay away!
