I can't hardly type the emotion of feeling like your among Angels. My miniature schnauzer was rescued by me in 2012. His previous owner was sweet, but due to loss she was unable to care for him. In turn her family sought a new owner to care for him the way she knew he deserved. I regret to say he was taken to a vet 2 days later, and tested positive for Lyme Disease. Thus majorly compromising his immune and digestive system. This entails frequent trips to the vet, or if it's after hours an ER. I had been going horribly wrong taking him to CH road ER... HORRIBLE. How dose a vet that owns that very same breed misdiagnose (imo), prescribe contra indicated meds for his health history, & not give discharge instruction ( be it vet or tech). Did I mention we waited 41/2 hours to be seen. that was not the only despicable visit to ERWAN2BE. although it was my last. Therefore, I was reluctant to take him anywhere but his primary. On Sunday night at 9:30 we had no choice considering his condition.

There is a measurable increase in the way he received care at VCA. Not that I put a price on his life, but the final cost was far less than ERWAN2BE. Worth my time and dime! I even switched to them for his primary care. The other doesn't offer that option. His case, and records are better under one umbrella of ethical people that really do care. Perhaps you should take some advice from an pet parent/ furbaby advocate. When it's critical, or a yearly this VCA without prejudice and hostility saved my little family. I recommend them to people in and outside of the city.

Rip off artists!! They will quote you a ridiculous amount of $ until you refuse....then they will drop the price until you agree- so keep refusing!! Estimate did not match final bill was 40% higher!! Yes 40%!! Refuse! And pay estimate! What a shame! I would be embarrassed to tell people I worked there! To top it off ...our cat got uri from that place!!
