Washington Elementary offers academic and extracurricular activities for more than 170 students in grades three through five. The school provides classes in math, social science, reading, writing and science. It conducts show auditions and parent-teacher conferences. Washington Elementary is governed by the Mount Lebanon School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. The district offers special education programs for individuals with learning disabilities. Its schools organize a range of sports activities that includes cross-country, field hockey, football, golf, soccer, tennis and volleyball. The Mount Lebanon School District offers adult education programs that include fine rats, computer applications and health education lessons.
