If you are desperate for a minimal amount for your car then this is the place. They will give you a low ball price around book-trade in value- then go downward from there as they find any defects. Not sure why anyone wouldn't just try to sell outright first to get 40% more for their investment, but they thrive on stating it is a no hassle experience. As the price goes down with any defects found, this is where it may not be a hassle to them, but to me it would be...so this is not a totally correct company mission statement. They resell the cars to various places such as auctions and carlots which are used to paying low wholesale prices. This tells you how much less you will be getting from them for your car since the auctions and carlots are their end customer. 2 choices: If you need quick cash and want to take a known loss, then this place is for you. If you value money and can make an effort to sell on your own or can trade in at the auto dealer, then do this may be your choice
