Family owned and operated! If you are looking to buy jewelry or have something repaired, these folks are the best. My wife and I purchased our wedding rings from Tim and he also restored my mothers 60 year old engagement ring. He did an amazing job the ring looks beutiful! You will not find a better jewelry store anywhere.

I went to Werner's to get a link taken out of my bracelet the other day, and could not be happier! The links were thick and welded together, but they gladly helped me out and gave me a perfect fit! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back!

Had my engagement ring and anniversary band resized. The rings fit perfectly now and look brand new! I will definitely go back and would recommend it to others.

When I decided to buy a loose diamond engagement ring, the reputation and attitude of the jewler was the most important aspect of the purchase. I contacted Werner based on their reviews but Tim hooked me within a few seconds and never once strayed from his honest patient personal helpful approach.

I didnt want to be spoken down to or pressured and what I got from Tim was the sense that he had appreciation for his trade. Never the slightest bit eager or impatient he really made me feel like I was talking to a friend. As for the stone, with Tims guidance and a large selection to choose from, it receives more spontaneous compliments than anyting I've ever seen! It makes her absolutely glow, and you can't put a price on that.

I had broken some of the tips of the prongs of my engagement ring and was afraid I would lose the diamond. I debated for a long time about getting it repaired because the ring was also getting tight on my finger and I didn't think it could be sized any bigger. I took it to Werner to see what options I had. Not only were they able to replace the head, they were able to size the ring. They also sized my wedding band and re-engraved the inside. When I went to pick the rings up just a few days later, I couldn't believe they were my rings! They looked beautiful. The entire cost was very reasonable as well, and I would not hesitate to go back for any jewelry repair or purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly

I have been to so may jewelry stores that have just tried to pressure me into buying on the spot. When I went to Werners Jewelers I did not feel that pressure. They took the time to explain the differences in each ring. I did not feel like just another number to them. Their staff was very personable which helped to ease my nerves as I was about to propose to my girlfriend. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for anything from a watch battery to an wedding ring.

I have always been impressed with Werners honesty, integrity and personal service. So when I was cleaning out my jewelry box, I decide to sell the pieces I no longer was wearing. I thought the offer Werners made for the gold was very fair.

Werners did such a great job of making a new setting for my engagement ring(after the diamond fell out. ) and I was extremely pleased with the result. I would recommend Werners Jewelry to everyone.

when i picked my rings up they did not look like my rings ,they looked ten times better they were beautiful.and very reasonable,i live on the other side of town and it takes me about 45 minutes to get there but i will keep traveling because they do a great job and a very friendly family.

I believe jewelers are like mechanics- it's hard to find a really good one you can trust so when you do- you pass the information along to all your friends and family. I have been going to see Tim and his dad at Werner Jewelers for years. I can't say enough good things about them! It's a family owned busines and they treat their customers like family too! They are fair- knowledgable and always willing to go above and beyond for all their customers. I would never even think to go anywhere else!! I had loose stones on my engagement ring and was referred to Werner from a co-worker. It was the best referral I have ever received...my ring that I was not able to wear for quite a while was fixed to my surprise in about ten minutes for a reasonable price. I have a new jeweler!
