Is there less then 1? What is the phone number to report fraud? I need it. They are terrible.

This is the worst Financial Institution I have ever come in contact with. Very bad service. Save yourself a lot of grief and use another bank, broker. etc. to finance your home. There are plenty out there that will provide better service.
