Provided by YP.comI would ride with this service anytime. They are all decent, clean, drug tested drivers with clean driving records. The dispatchers go through several weeks of professional training before being allowed on the dispatch by themselves. Uber and Lyft do not work in the surrounding area and if they drop you off, they won't come back to get you. Rainbow Taxi drivers are always as prompt as traffic will allow. Check the rates around the country and per mile, Rainbow is far cheaper than most of the taxi companies you will find. The cabs are all cleaned regularly and were kept sparkling clean all through the Covid Pandemic. Sure, a bad apple comes along once in a while, but management promptly takes them outside and beats them severely, just like you ask. lol. Whoever left a scathing review with my initials should rot in hell. I drive for this company and have been working there for 33 years. Be nice to taxi drivers, it's a crappy job.

I was advised to call the following day.
I called early morning as I am catching a trip at 10:30am.
A guy named Matt refused to help and is saying that he cannot promised to send a cab in my hotel at the time I need it.
I asked him if he can send earlier, his reply is "I don't know"
Very unprofessional!
Obviously, he hates what he's doing and is not willing to help customers!!

Call and talk to the general manager Jim Regan he is there on weekdays and tell him how you were treated!

Provided by YP.comThis is the same place as Rainbow Taxi, and they are terrible! I work at a hotel and called early in the morning for a guest who needed to catch a shuttle at 7:00 am; they said 20 minutes for a cab. 45 minutes go by and I still haven't seen this guy pull up, so I call and am informed by dispatch that he came, waited five minutes, and was sent somewhere else! He never came into the lobby to ask, they never called to confirm; it was freezing cold out and the guest wasn't going to be waiting outside! Common sense! When I asked him to send the cab back, he said he couldn't give me an eta and that it ''would be a while'' because it had been a ''dead call.'' What!? Now my guest is late for his shuttle; possibly missed it! But this was a blessing in disguise, because I know now of a different taxi company that will be getting all of the business from my hotel in the future; one whose drivers actually took the five minutes to come in!

Provided by YPmobileI had a very good experience. The dispatcher answered promptly the 2 times I called & was helpful & professional. I was on the border of their coverage area & he checked to make sure that he could service that area. He then gave me a dollar estimate that I thought was very good (b/c I live in nj and am used to higher prices). He estimated how long it would take to dispatch the driver & said he'd call me when the driver was enroute. He did call me within the estimate window and said the driver will be there in 20-30 minutes (this was 7am-ish on a Saturday). The driver was there in about 25 minutes - another plus. The cab was clean - standard cab (not a limo-type car) & the driver was good. I gave it 5 stars because I really needed this cab (I was in a rural area in Canaan, NY) and ... was hoping the experience would be smooth & without some of the notorious examples of rude dispatchers. The dispatcher was very helpful & honest with all of his estimates.
