I would never go back to the walk in. I should've known by the very rude receptionist, dawn, I believe her name was that I wasn't going to have a very good experience. But it was an emergency so I didn't have a choice. The women at the desk were rude and talking about patients while in front of other patients. The dentist didn't stop when i was screaming and begging in pain.a nurse came in I assumed she was coming in to maybe comfort me as well as assist, but when I asked her to hold my hand she bluntly said nope,grabbed the suction tool out of my hand and then proceeded to argue with the doctor about having to move the tools, and started moving the light the dentist was using while in my mouth so she had to stop while in my mouth. the dentist said something at the end about gauze the nurse very rudely said I already got her some obviously there right there! I couldn't believe these people were acting like this. I was scared and completely uncomfortable. Never again will I go there!!!
