I think Pioneer is good for the economy. They strive to be a part of the competition. Mark is a good example of how the business is run.

Very polite customer service representative on time oil delivery and courteous driver i have my new oil company.

Fine, easy by phone , cheapest around with coupon. No issues.---------------------------------------

I haven't had any problems with this company. The office girl I talked to was very pleasant, I talk locally here in Pittsfield, ma. I'm on automatic and I've never ran out of oil. They're prices are the lowest in town.

I called an put in order in for oil... I told the lady I am out my tank is empty I need oil today... she said ok I gave her my card number over the phone and at the end she said if we can't do it we will call.. I said that's great because my tank is empty and i have two kids if you can't do it I'll get another company to do it... now I was working all day no phone call I stopped home still no oil now this is at 430 pm so I called no answer I showed up no one was there! So I called the other office and the lady basically there is nothing they can do til morning .. no oil two kids.. in a freezing house.. I was so upset what happened to the phone call... this lady didn't even care she got to sleep in a warm house last night and that's all that really mattered... then called me the next morning like did you want that oil... like really wow.. and thanks for the apology .. this place is awful.. I wouldn't go there at all

This place is run by the miserable office girl. The owner doesn't care one bit about customer service.
