I had surgery 2 months ago. I was treated like a drug addict because I had pain afterwards. The anesthesiologists was condescending and arrogant. I had never been in so much pain in my life. I will never have surgery again atBMC and I will tell my friends and family to go else where, they don't let you suffer in Boston. I can not believe they get away with this kind of treatment to patients. I was hurried thru like cattle. Absolutely no personalization. I'm a nurse myself and thank god I don't work in this institution. I heard bickering in recovery room and then the so called boss come in who was so unprofessional making crazy statements. What kind of leader is that. I couldn't wait to leave that crazy farm. Who is running that joint? Helen must be rolling over in her grave to see what that place has turned into. What a shame.
