Provided by YP.comI am very impressed with the follow up and resolution to a minor issue of which I'm not even sure Ronnie's caused. My last shipment went to my old address - maybe I missed it in the ordering process; I'm not sure. It was only about $15 worth of parts so I wasn't too distressed even though I needed the parts. I got a follow up email from Ronnie's asking if I was satisfied with the service whereupon I explained about the shipping issue. The next day I got an email from Wendy at Ronnie's apologizing for the problem and requesting my current address so that they could re-ship. This is service and Ronnie's now has a loyal customer.
