Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, NY, have provided twenty-four hour care for our loved one over the past four and a half years until her recent death.

For the entire time they were faithful, devoted, and compassionate to our loved one and also to us. Their work ethic was always superior and they were a joy to work with. They not only took care of our loved one but, because we lived out of state, they also managed her home with only our financial assistance and advice from afar.

Our loved one suffered from vascular dementia and our goal was to keep her in her home for as long as possible. The dedicated owner of Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, Donna Hafler; the amazing Care Coordinator, Donna Clare Davern; all of their excellent staff; and their outstanding caregivers made it possible for her to live in her home until she passed.

There are no words to adequately express our praise for each one of these exceptional people. Our gratitude to them will remain in our hearts, always. What a treasure they are…
