As I introduced my company and what we do he immediately assumed that this was some sort of telemarketing call. I had been looking for a company to help with different retirement options that may be available to my employees and he immediately hung up on me. As I tried to call him again and said that we got off on the wrong foot he once again hung up the phone on me. This led me to do research on his company and found out that his company has not had the best reviews in terms of customer service which I am not surprised. This company will continue to under perform as they have lacked the simple needs of customer service. I highly advice that if you do not like being hung up on and not heard then DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!



How can any company help a business or individual if they can not even stay on the phone to evaluate needs and give an educated opinion on what can be done.



I should have known right off of the bat that by the looks of his website, which looks like it was done by an 8 year old, that if they can not even give the impression of a professional firm what makes you think that business is conducted any differently ?
