The whole team at Pittsville Ford was great. Once i got to the lot a dealer placed me with Nathan and we discussed getting the Ford Edge. He was helpful about the vehicle features and got me setup with taking a look at my trade. After a short period of time we worked out a deal for my new vehicle. Others involved in my experience include Tim-Sales, Cody-Sales,Ty-Service, the service team, Billy-Manager, and Tony-Financing. All were helpful in my test drive, sales, trade, finance, and getting my vehicle ready to leave the lot. Thanks everyone

I was not 100% satisfied. I purchased this vehicle from Pittsville Motors and have had trouble with the sun roof leaking since Day 1. This is the 2nd time I've had to have them clean out the drains. I have used the sun roof a total of 2 times since having the vehicle. The 1st time it leaked and stained my seats (both driver and passenger) and stained my carpet on the passenger side. The 1st time, Pittsville Motors did drain the tubes at N/C, however, no one offered to remove the stains from my seats or carpet which I was very upset about and despite the fact that this has been a continued problem, I was charged for that service this time. I contacted the Scott in service on Saturday Jan. 17th. Scott told me he would relay my concern to Ross the service manager and that he was off that day but would call me back on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I have not received a phone call from anyone at Pittsville Motors addressing this concern. While I realize it is somewhat of a double edge sword, again, this problem has existed since I purchased the vehicle. I had a Ford Explorer for 10 years that had a sun roof and I NEVER had any problems with that sun roof.
