We really thought they were great until their delivery people scratched our new front door frame which they deny they did.

Interesting, no scratches or scrapes before they got there. NEVER purchasing another thing from them

They could have at least offered to split the cost of a repair. Not very professional.

They have the worst customer service. They will not deal with you unless you take the price that they offer you, which is above MSRP and more expensive than Best Buy for the same exact products. I would spend more money somewhere else just to prove a point. Don't deal with TJ, he just wants your money and he wont help you in any way!

Go to Best Buy. These guys have terrible customer service. I ALMOST (thank god) did business with them ... rude and terrible customer service. I really worry about businesses like this.
