I had an unfortunate experience with Michael in customer service for this company. He was very rude and short with me on the phone when I called to look into my order and its shipping progress. It is not that hard to be professional and to just help a customer out. I am writing this review in hopes that his boss and owner Bill Dannels figures out how to get a more productive and professional team.

Very rude customer service, selling stuff that don't fit right which takes a job even longer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Muscle factory does not stand by what they say! there selling cheap garbage very unprofessional..........customer service is very bad COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!
