I did read the bottom two ratings before going to the shop- i've been looking for a unique color maltipoo for such a long time and when i called, the girl over the phone said they do have cute maltipoos. My sister and I went there together and compared to three other shops we've been to previously, we thought this one was very clean. Any petshop you go to, it's always very sad to see them behind glass cages but i felt more comfortable with this shop b/c the girl who works there pretty much new all the puppies' diff personalities, which makes me assume that she does play with them and gives them all the attention they need. Anyhow, she helped us pick out the perfect maltipoo for us. i wasn't too direct about the bad reviews and how we have concerns about sick puppies from petshops but the girl said they guarantee healthy pups. and we got a really great deal b/c the shop has a new owner with new packages- which gives you free dr's exam and puppy shots. we thought that was pretty nice since living in irvine, i know the vet charges are expensive. So yea i'm happy actually very satisfied, the dr we went to was very nice too. I admit it is a little bit of a drive from our house to the animal hospital but i think it's worth it- they are cheaper than our old vet. nice employee, clean, and happy & chunky pups ;)

My sister bought a Yorkie from this place and it was sick and also was told it woul be small or how they call teacup size and her dog was still small but like 6 pounds, but I know she paid alot and for a sick dog. Messed up!

I just want to warn everyone I figured this was the best way how. I came into the store looking for a dog. I was told he could get me the dog I wanted and a healthy perfect one at that, better quality then I would find elsewhere. Well long story short he charged me for the dog and supplies, which I never got and No refund was given, next I mad several phone calls after the vet check the very next day. The dog had a sever ear infection and needed a expensive medication. So I asked for a copy of his vet check since he says he does that with every dog, funny he was never able to produce, also was never able to produce papers for the dog. Then the vet and I noticed she has some interesting characteristics for this dog, so guess what now I find out that she is a mix dog. Well my 3-5 pound dog is not a mix and is going on 12 pounds and still growing. Its not so much the weight too but she is 4 times the weight I was told and height was suppose to be no more than 8 inches well were at 18 inches tall, mind you she is still growing, but I do know its because she is a different breed. HE never retured my calls and promised he would. That to me shows fault. The BBB has a rating of this store as a F rating! I wish I would have gone with my gut feeling. He seemed to nice and no problem I will get you exactly what you want. It's sad when people take advantage of you. A business that hides from you after your purchase and has a rating F from the BBB well I think that says it all. Please do not buy from this place. I have spent 3,500 on this dog, and well its just sad. I can never get that back and I saved and spent everything for a dog that I never really got. :( Stay away. go to the BBB website and check it out as well for yourself please.
