The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District provides academic programs to more than 27,000 students in kindergarten through grade 12. It governs more than 35 schools and serves the counties of Placentia, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Brea and Fullerton in California. It operates through several departments, such as business, curriculum and instruction, special services, gifted education, technology, school nurse, food services, maintenance and transportation. Every school of the district has a library that offers a range of books, encyclopedias and magazines to provide additional information to students.
