Stay away from this dental office. I have Delta Dental HMO insurance. I went in for an exam and X-rays. After the exam they told be that I needed 4 crowns, 1 filling along with a medicated rinse treatment. The estimate was $4500. I took the X-rays to another dentist that had treated me before when I had a PPO insurance. I paid him out of my pocket for a 2nd opinion to see if I needed all this work done. The second dentist told me that my teeth were fine and didn't need all that work that was quoted by Brookside Dental. He said that all I really needed was a cleaning. This Dental Office attempted to rip me off for $4500. Take my recommendation and STAY AWAY from Brookside Dental.

I really like this dental office. They are all very nice, very professional and listen to what you say. It was really nice, at the end of the appointment when it came time to talking about future plans to fix my teeth they take you in a office and talk face to face about everything. And one of the best positives is they except Medicare and Medi-Cal.

I was just assigned to them due to my insurance changing. I went in today because excruciating pain in my jaw. Dr said it was from 2 teeth that needed root canal...they already had them. Then, when she saw that she was wrong and the issue really was TMJ as I said, I was told that she won't be giving me anything for the pain and that I should go elsewhere for help. Then, the rude lady inside the first office came in and proceeded to tell me that I should go back to my prior dentist. And prior to that she told me that she doesn't understand why my old dentist doesn't want me back. It's called insurance you moron. I would recommend you stay completely clear of this place. They are the rudest folks I have ever met. And I find it odd that they encouraged me to go elsewhere. If I were them, I'd want any business I could get. Hopefully they won't be in business long. Those types don't belong in Placerville.

They accepted my insurance and insisted that I come into the office to submit paperwork before I could even make an appt. I followed all instructions and still never was called back! Why? because they discriminate. One lady is super nice there and she needs a new job where she doesn't work with profiling jerks. Unfit to service this lovely county!
